Windows 11 Upgrade über WSUS - plötzlich "not applicable"

Ich habe folgendes Problem:
Windows 10 Clients auf dem Stand 22H2 sind laut WSUS plötzlich aktuell.
Das heisst, diese beziehen das freigegebene Update zum Upgrade auf Windows 11 (egal ob 21H2 oder 22H2) nicht mehr.
Auch über "Online nach Updates von Microsoft update suchen" wird Windows 11 nicht mehr angeboten.
Es ist, als ob in Windows 10 22H2 ein Upgrade Blocker dabei ist oder damit die Systemvoraussetzungen nicht mehr erfüllt werden.
Kennt das Problem sonst noch jemand oder gibt es hierfür einen Workaround (ausser über ein Inplace Upgrade)?
