Wenn es tatsächlich auf Deinem Laufwerk C: im gerade zufällig aktuellen Verzeichnis eine Datei namens "Progarmme" ohne Datei-Endung gibt, dann kopiert sie Dein Copy-Befehl in das gerade aktuelle Verzeichnis, das in Deinem CMD-Fenster aktiv ist.
Noch mehr Hilfe gibt es mit "COPY /?" am CMD-Prompt.

"Start"->"Ausführen"->cmd [eingeben] ENTER

Windows-Taste +R und "cmd" eingeben.
