Wie man der Dokumentation entnehmen kann bedeutet
alle Cookies von Drittanbietern, dass nur Cookies von der besuchten Domain genutzt werden dürfen, also z. B. nur von administrator.de aber nicht von facebook.com
Cookies von nicht besuchten Websites, dass nur Cookies von der besuchten Domain und schon einmal vorher besuchten Domains genutzt werden dürfen, also z. B. nur von administrator.de aber auch von facebook.com, wenn man schonmal auf deren Seite war und ein Cookie gesetzt worden ist
